There
are 4 ways to place your order with Imperial Services:
1)
On-Line Shopping Cart- NEW!! Try our new Shopping Cart for
the ultimate in shopping convenience. Super secure payments
using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover, without having
to sign up for PayPal!
Of course, you can still use PayPal to charge your purchase to your Visa
or Mastercard, or even directly from your bank account. Go to the PayPal site (www.paypal.com) to
complete your order. Our business account name with PayPal is sales@imperialservices.net
(for insertion in the "Recipient's Email" field). Contact us via
e-mail if you have any questions regarding the use of PayPal

Telephone - You can place Credit Card orders by calling 989/652-6309.
Regular telephone hours are from 10am to 6pm Eastern Time. We try to answer all
calls, but if we are unable to answer yours in person, please leave
a message with a detailed description of the part(s) you need, as
well as your name, your telephone number, and the best time to return
your call. We will make every effort to call you back as soon as
possible.
3)
Mail - You can mail your check, cashier's check or money order to:
Imperial Services, P. O. Box 112, Frankenmuth, MI 48734. If we
can't talk on the phone or via e-mail beforehand, be sure to include
$10 for shipping. Shipping may be more for large items or
orders. Your order will ship ASAP if paid with a money
order or cashiers check; all other checks are held for 10 days.
Be sure to include a good description of the part(s) you need, and
include your contact information in case we have any questions.

Fax - Fax your order or information request to our secure 24 hour fax line
at 989/652-4912.
While
we make every effort to stock popular parts, we often have to build
parts to complete an order. Please understand that our
products are hand built, and lead times can be as long as 4-6 weeks
on some items.
